Strictly speaking, they didn't lose the appeal, it was just decided that they weren't allowed to appeal. So whether the penalty was or wasn't justified wasn't considered.

The FIA is a police state.

I used to work for McLaren (nothing exciting - but I was only 1 boss away from Ron)

- when I saw the amount of money sloshing around, I was simply stunned.

I have been put off F1 for life.

Strange how this week Massa rec'd a drive through for the same offense that he rec'd a peppercorn fine for a few weeks ago :?
