Have a look at the first pic.......... tiny back wheel with seat stays a yard long before the rear brake.

way after my racing days but "silly bikes" are part of the heritage.....

Moser frames of that era are classy so just buy it and deal with the bits later

It's a little ironic that Moser built frames for small wheels , when he broke the hour record using a massive rear one !
