coil spring replacements on ebay usa for under 30 quid delivered to the UK is probably the best bet

Springs are easier to get,
for elastomers there is a place in the USA though apparently from some feedback on here not as good as the MCU's they replace. Name is escaping me be a search for 'suspension fork elastomer' will probably find it as the name is something like that.
