Ebay scamming mails

My good lady had a paypal dispute settlement email....she does not even have a paypal account!

I keep getting ones referring to banks I don't even have accounts with! File under "phishing FAIL"....

Im dubious of the phone calls i get when the gas bill is overdue . Some Indian call center phones, browbeats me a little over its lateness and asks if i can make a payment now.
I dont like this idea as it would require me to give bank details from someone who although could very well be from Scottish Gas or quite frankly they might not be given its call center location.
My philosophy on paying overdue bills is i pay only via the slip at the bottom of the page. tough titty, youll wait till i get paid, i wont be forced.
What a dumb idea from any energy company, but this just further shows theyre interested in money only and not customer service.
