Yeah a bit difficult but the headtube scabs have no excuse :LOL: :LOL:

someone in america must be able to weld as my marin frame from bitd was ten times neater ;) :LOL: :LOL:

Had been on the floor when and where they were welding these when this one was built and I can assure you that they didn't have mobiles back then. None of the guys welding could have a afforded one and if so it would have been a bag phone back then.
 
Just joking guys.........i can arc weld really neat but never done alu tig............but have seen many alu practice pieces go in the bin..........so hats off to all that can weld alu.......................but i've still seen better welding in tight places ! :cool:
 
Childs play :LOL: try welding inconel 600 riser pipes that are 1 1/2 inches apart, arm fully stretched out from you because your squeezed between two steam pipes that are slowly cooking you :LOL:

Plus the only way you can weld the backs of the pipes is in a mirror that somebody else is holding, its a 100% x-ray job and if one fails the terms of the contract that I gave them is that I don't get paid a penny ;)

That was my fun today :LOL:
