Bummer! Bitd I was offered an ex-display set like this from Madison for £800. I wish I'd bought it then but at the time I wasn't looking for road stuff. :cry:

I was looking for something like this for my GG headset several years ago. In the end I got some standard black O-rings form a DIY shop. It didn't look as nice but they did the job and only cost me 15p each. Maybe I should get some more and paint them orange!

I was looking for something like this for my GG headset several years ago. In the end I got some standard black O-rings form a DIY shop. It didn't look as nice but they did the job and only cost me 15p each. Maybe I should get some more and paint them orange!

You can get them from the auto parts store. They are high temp orange in color and used primarily in air conditioning systems.

Those NOS kits seem to fluctuate. That was a high price. There was a matching eBay one a month ago (or so) that got just $1300 USD. Sellers always list the wrong build numbers ... I believe it's 10,000 sets, not 1000.

in the listings title it says "XT V- Brake Bremsen Set NEU OVP BR- M 739". as the bidder has 100% feedback and "set" is mentioned in the title i guess its a full set of M739 V-brakes. so 55euos are ok.
