Find me another blue NOS BMX/Pista crank, chainring and dust caps and I'll happily give you $274 for it.

Yeah, those cranks are pretty bad ass. I'm seeing Revolutions going for this over here... and NOS CBRs. I just hope all this stuff is still going this strong when the WW Depression really kicks in.

Not all that rare. It's dimensionally interchangeable with BSC threading in any case - the only difference is that the Italian thread uses (IIRC) a Whitworth profile.

I think the explanation is that C-Record has gone through the roof, so more people are willing to pay over the odds for the mid range stuff now. Athena would have been what, £15-£20 a couple of years ago?
