Theres a few threads on these frames. IIRC a shop bought the xs stock but had great difficulty shifting them due to the propriety headtube/fork doodah. Could be the same shop,

I was having a good read of them last night I guess that it's one of those buy it and hope that one day the bits turn up somewhere kind of frames.
