Its not good watching Food Network on TV, it makes you hungry.

I'm ploughing through a tray of flapjack and feeling very guilty.

And its 10.15pm. Aren't you not supposed to eat late at night?

Ohh, the guilt and shame!

'tis nice though ;)

It's called calorie loading. Sports scientists say it's a good thing to eat lots of calories. Or something like that. Have a pork pie to soak up any excess calories.

Is that eating pasta etc ? flapjacks are wrong and pork pies. The pastry is very fattening. The sticky stuff that sticks a flapjack is very bad as well.

aaarrghh!

I'm dieting at the moment. This is what I eat on most days:

Breakfast: smoothie 100 cals
cup of tea 20 cals
Brunch: go-ahead biscuits 150 cals
Lunch: tin of chunky soup 280 cals
sugar free jelly (1/2 pint) 15 cals
Tiffin (no not Kirsten's sort! I wish...:( ): banana 100 cals
Tea: meal approx 600 cals
yoghurt 100 cals

2-3 cups of coffee during day 60 cals

Total roughly 1400 cals

Working a treat :D, but talk of flapjacks not helping :(

tell me about it :(

I was starting to get a bit porky and I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks and thought I'm buggered if I'm paying for a new suit which I may wear twice in my lifetime  Cheaper to get thin (if more miserable...)

I wake up in the middle of the night and eat four fig rolls with milk.

It's been going on for months, I just can't help it, I wake up desperately craving something sweet.

If I don't buy fig rolls it will be something worse like chocolate, I figure at least the fig is one of my five-a-day :? .
