There are two shims fitted (also two different types for both he two smaller size diameters needed)
A bit of gt85 etc should loosen the double sided sticky tape that keeps it on there.

They look like this not stuck on.

Thanks for the clarification Fluffy, they are definitely the same shims as fitted to the Deore front Mech.
