So plan is frame matte black with bars, fork and cranks matte black as well. I’m going to try and get the details on the frame gloss black to show some subtle detail. Hoping to do black seat and grips. Maybe incorporate some gold in there, stem, seat post and chain perhaps. I seem to have an aversion to adding gold bits when I can.

Proper grim reaper frames had cut outs in the bb shell and head tube. For a while 'Grim Reapering' became a verb as people took a dremel to any old frame... Bit like drillium in road and mtb circles.
