is anyone able to remove a bearing race from the inside of freehub body ?
i've been trying for the last week or so to get it out, but i lack the appropriate tools.

My mate John is interested in joining the ride tomorrow. He's a very experienced road rider, but a bit of a novice when it comes to mountain biking. He's a bit concerned that he may hold everyone up because of his lack of technical ability, plus he's been off the bike a couple of weeks with an illness. Is it ok with you guys if he tags along?

rushed home thinking they'd be champing at the bit to get out on the walk and find them still in their pyjamas :evil:

walk was good - we should do a night ride around there - it's great through the tunnels.

Yes thanks for a really enjoyable ride sweet frozen tracks a mix of technical climbing and downhiliing due to the slippy conditions at the Shrubs
a great blast down the wibbly wobbly and a cracking pace back into Tickers
