Early 90's KHS - Any knowledge?

I've been looking at this

Anyone have any knowledge of them? It would be used a fair bit for medium to long rides.

That's the thing, not even sure if that price is right. It might be a bargain for all I know, in which case I've made a tactical error posting the link.

I understand compatible BB's and head sets etc are available?

Being an early 90's japanese bike I doubt you'd have any trouble getting new BB's or headsets to fit. Might also have some luck with NOS vintage parts as well. Axles and cones for hubs are tough to find though in my experience.
