Yeah – I just got fed up with myself fumbling and cursing for hours with the cantis. I would then go away for a mug of tea then try again and nailed them in 5 minutes :facepalm: and then they'd stop me on a sixpence. I had a nasty experience once when the cable end came off in the brake lever when squeezed – the straddle wire then dropped into the tyre knobbies like a cheese wire...
