DA of that era (mid 80s to mid 90s) was fairly complex , but all those cadex bikes pictured look to have Shimano 600 and 105 components.

Looks good fixed. Why don't you go DA fixed? DA chainset and brakes (I'd have front and rear for aesthetics, headset, pedals, front hub, stem and seatpost would all be nice stick an Eno on the rear and you're done.

You can get an eccentric BB but it will only work with external bearing chainsets - Excentriker and Forward Components - but the cost is approaching that of an ENO hub. I have both on different bikes and they both work well. The ENO hub will be more in keeping with the frame.
