Dual Pivot Brakes install on a Raleigh frame

Anyone know how I can mount this to the fork? The recessed nut does not either seem to be long enough and the when tightened the caliper hits the headset/crown
 
Use a shorter rear fixing or cut your long front one down with a hacksaw to suit, plus the serated washers.
 
Like others have said, you dont mount it direct like that, it needs,spacers, else the caliper and brake blocks will foul the frame
You shouldnt need to cut anything down, and if you do, its irreversible
 
As the others have said a spacer is required to avoid fouling.
Can't tell if the recessed nut fits into the fork, some have a smaller bolt hole.
If that's the case you need a nutted brake with a longer bolt. IMG_2908.jpg

Or drill the frame to accept recessed brakes. But irreversible.
Note that the tubular Allen nuts come in different lengths.
