An X-Wing caused the damage shown in your picture at the climax of Star Wars. The Millennium Falcon finished the job at the climax of The Return of The Jedi.

Minus geek points I think. It was destroyed by an Xwing first time out. For ROTJ it wasn't fully built... but was fully operational [obvs said in the emperors voice]
