No. I know where they all are. Not sure how many are actually "there" though. Somewhere between 12 and 16.

Regarding the OP, I can't say that I've ever used the little lever. I make sure the indexing is adjusted OK at the mech and never really felt the need to adjust on the fly. I'm never in the middle of a heaving bunch of riders these days so if I need to adjust anything I can do it leisurely.
