I have had two of pauls bikes.

yours would be a great purchase for fixie conversion

Looks like verical dropouts so might be difficult to use as a fixed gear conversion.....unless to change it to track ends or get an ENO eccentric hub...both are expensive options.....first would need a re-spray and the second...an ENO hub alone is £125!.....but single speed should be ok.
