Do you remove your dork disc?

Just curious, bow many of you remove or keep them? And in some cases, when restoring a bike, do you reinstall them?

I had to keep it on this one just for that fresh from the LBS look:

Not a hint of Shimano on it either maybe I should stick it in the BOTM

But yeah as a rule they are tantamount to stabilisers or wearing a badge saying 'I can't set up a derailuer'
