DNA - TITANIUM FRAMES

In 2001, I met a titanium builder who weld my that bike. A lot of exchange with us and when I received the first drawing, it was "USV" in Russia, near Nizhny Novgorod. They built for several european brand as DNA Cycle, Van Tuyl, Grey Bicycle… and lot of other. I was interested by their work and I saw on the DNA Cycles web site (around 1999-2000 year) an hardcore model which could use either 24 or 26".
Welds were nice and the price… very interesting (400 euros at that time for a full ti custom frame !)

Years and years ago there was a DNA frame floating around on Ebay.co.uk for very reasonable money.

The problem to pull the trigger was not knowing much about this brand. On one side it said quality with quirks, but with little known fact.

Love this thread.
