I've always been fascinated by drillium and with the roads to icy to go out and ride I found myself reading this pretty amazing thread;

With this and some strong Belgian beer for inspiration I dug out the battered Campagnolo seatpost that I've been wondering what to do with and got busy in the garage.
The bottom row of holes is a little off but overall for a 1st attempt I'm pretty happy.
I'm not doing this to save any weight, I'm just trying out something I've always wanted to do.
