I remember your wedding reception!! I also remember you had a Fat Chance way before you met your missis which permanently put a smile on your face! Keep the Yo.. fit a 'sit up and beg stem' , suspension seat post and neck a load of pain killer before and after you go for a ride.

All of the above is probably (definitely) shite advise a but hopefully will have made you smile. But seriously... sell your body for a few days and keep the Yo
