Diamond Back Axis TT

Had the frame 'lying around' for awhile now, and with my Cannondale Beast of the East from 88' finished thought I might build it up to its former glory.

Anybody any ideas on its original spec? I could be wrong but Tioga rings a bell. The frame is an early on with a canti bridge. Might be around 93/94.
