Glad to hear that. I don't know the guy or anything, but I can certainly relate. Riding did miracles for me personally as well.

Hello all

I've had some nice messages and am humbled by the positivity extended towards me.

Its difficult to explain what happened, I know the warning signs, thought I'd prepared myself for it but it was still something I wouldnt want to go through again.

Cycling certainly helps plus switching 'off' for a while.

Anyway, again thanks for all the positive thoughts and apologies for the full flouncing off without so much as a goodbye kiss...
