I never completely cope with it, but there are a few things I try and do...
- go for a nice long drive (maybe an hour or two) with my favourite music cranked right up.
- Sell a load of stuff
- Buy a load of stuff
- Build a bike
- Go for a ride
The ride is always the best one for clearing the head, I've found, but the current weather prevents that from happening as often as it should, so I revert to one of the others in the list.
When I had a total breakdown, about 6 years ago, the Doctors and Counsellors made everything a lot worse, so I avoid any of that, now.
