For sale, Dawes Wildcat in excellent condition, fully restored a couple of years ago, only has a few cosmetic marks from being used.
The frame was powder coated by LSN in Castleford, decals applied and then finished in 2k clear coat, the drive chain is Exage 400, Suntour friction shifters, Dia comp levers, and some later lx cantis (I like having brakes that work), the chain and cables are all recent including a new bottom bracket, chain rings and rear cassette in good condition. The wheel bearings are excellent, rims are true, front one has a slight hop. Obviously the bull moose bars are not standard but they make it a comfy ride, I have done 5 laps of mountain mayhem on this bike. Included in the sale is a spare set of forks, the original handle bars, shifters and brake levers. Pedals are not included in the sale.
