Hello people im new here and want to find a bit out about my bike.
I us it to commute to work. Had it about 3 years but was wondering how old it was. does anybody know. Thanks

I'm going to hazard a guess at around 1984, maybe 1986. My 1990 model was 501 with canti mounts.

1980s for sure ( with those caliper brakes ). Lovely old giffer, reeks of cream teas and ginger beer on hot summer's days. Mudguard and pannier rack that sucker up and it'll go forever. Lush bike.

where would i get the mudguards and what have you from??
