Really liked that when it was on ebay,

must have been a weird... and a hard thing for Walter to do the final handover

Quality and a history.

Nice :)

Re:

That's truely lovely, a testament to looking after your bike & buying quality. Terrible to think some people would part that out.

Wow, what an amazing history, and the bike looks in great condition considering all its been through and everywhere its been. I would love to see some of the photos of its travels.

Another great thread, i have just finished reading your Hardisty thread which is now my favourite thread on here :)

Mark

Thanks Mark, the Hardisty was a project I really enjoyed.

Awesome story and right up my street in terms of specification choice.

Hoping for more photo's from Walter!

We are trying to get the pictures sorted, everything is on slides so its a little more difficult, but we are getting there I think. Watch this space.

Amazing story and really pleased this has remained as it was built, it would be a crying shame to spread it all over the World in the pursuit of a few quid.

Cheers Roly.

I just couldn't bring myself to break it up for parts, not when its been so well kept, to keep it usable for so long.

I thought the same and was told....

"It did pull the heart strings, but it will forever be part of the Soul.

And the memories will never fade".

(hopefully the pictures will show what Walter ment).

Manage to be able to get the Images from slides and enlarged to a size to be able to Share.

Big thank you to Walter and his wife for all the effort.
