Nice looking frame, sadly too small for me.
I was a customer of Dave's in the '80s and he was a kind guy - always wanting to help young riders (as I was back then!).

I don't like saying *strip for parts, but that's exactly what you should do.
People on here are too tight to pay for quality. Omas parts are very much sought after especially the big sliding bottom bracket and the hubs. The Omas bits you have are worth 250 online anyday. You'd get at least 150 for your frame and another 150 for the finishing kit.
