Am I way off base on the asking price? No interest?

I'm interested, but it depends on shipping cost and how much you want to haggle.

I'm open to haggling and I don't offend easy. Worst case I say no.

Shipping to your corner of the world has historically been pretty pricey from the USA. I'd have to get that thing all boxed up safe and solid and get a quote. Probably send it FedEx. USPS might require two boxes to say under size restrictions.

PM me and we can talk it out.

Impossible to do via USPS due to their 79" length plus girth limit, even in two boxes, unless you use their global express, which contracts FedEx, anyway.

Getting a little off topic, the USPS 79" restriction has been lifted for Australia last time i looked. Although with full suspension frames its always much more cost effective to take the rear end off for packing.

If it has been lifted, then I stand corrected; it has been a couple years since I shipped a whole bike to Australia...time flies

The pics are a touch different - in the Mag you have an XTR chainset and in the photos it's an earlier non low pro version

I agree it looks very very similar but it's not identical... sorry to nit pick, and I would have been interested but it's a bit rich for my pocket at the mo

Nope, restrictions are still firmly in place. Just snipped this from the Aus Post website:

I.e. 55" max. girth.

P.S.: Sick rig ER.

Damn. Its been a loooong time since I've shipped to AU. I didn't realize they had that restriction. Three boxes then. :(

Boxxer is right on the cranks. They're actually 180 Ritchey Logics and the little cog is a regular 12t XTR and not an 11t TNT.

I think there is a grey area which can be exploited though as the USPS online calculators will send anything with the following dimensions to Australia:

Max. length 46", width 35", height 46" and max. length plus girth combined 108"

And I've had no trouble getting stuff over the 79" measurement through.
