Impossible to do via USPS due to their 79" length plus girth limit, even in two boxes, unless you use their global express, which contracts FedEx, anyway.

Getting a little off topic, the USPS 79" restriction has been lifted for Australia last time i looked. Although with full suspension frames its always much more cost effective to take the rear end off for packing.
