Daewoo??

Just came across a stainless steel Daewoo MTB (or at least most of it).

Can't find any info on it and I'm sure as eggs is eggs it isn't anything special but the kit seems of medium quality shimano.

Can anyone shed any light on it's age/quality.

It seems a nice little frame about 18inches with about 21 inch TT. welds are a little shitty but I thought it may be worth a polish.

i would ay that its probably rubbish. not slating what you ride etc etc i just dont think they ever did anything good with bikes. heavy clumbersome (made up?) things

I'm in Cornwall and run a waste disposal company, came in as there was only one wheel. I knew it wouldn't be great so perhaps the question should have been "how bad is it"

I think its alu rather than SS and they were good value but not exactly aspirational machines.

The cars were a1 pile of toss.

that's what i remember. i think it was in the Kays catalogue - that's where i bought my first mtb - a silverfox, which was a cheaper muddyfox.
