Correct thread pattern for canti post on GT Xizang 199-X

Hello.

I think this is the right place to ask:

I purchased a GT Xizang Ti last week without the canti post installed.

To my big surprise I realized today that the canti post I had lying around doesn't fit. And they don't fit the Surly fork as well I got for this frame :?:

The diameter seems to be correct, but after ½ a turn, the post get stuck.

After googling around, it's now clear to me that different pitch is possible.

Does anybody now what pitch the thread in canti bosses is on the GT Xizang?

My local LBS was no help, so I'm probably gonna buy them in a webshop.

Any help is highly appreciated,

Problem solved

The GT frame run M10 - 1.5 and the Surly fork runs M10 - 1.0

The studs I had laying around is M10 - 1.25 apparently.

Sure. At the moment it's just a bare frame. I'll get get some pictures taken during the weekend.
