Are coloured tyres cool or uncool?

Sorry all but I am a purist on this front, black tyres with amber / skin walls and dark ano rims look good on anything! Coloured tyres are for '80's BMX's!

They are only cool if they match the rest of the bike. I had black and yellow Hutchinsons on a Cannondale Raven (black with yellow decals) looked fab I do like amberwalls though

It does depend on the scheme but on the whole they're waaaay cool..

Gotta say cool really, had a white Onza Porcupine on the front of my Scott back in the day with a black one on the rear, later on it sported purple Macaw tyres........can't believe I admitted that! The Fuquay has Umma Gummas on it now

Do grey or white tyres count as coloured? Technically white isn't a colour and grey is just a shade of black.

White Porcs are cool because of their rarity, not the fact that they're white.

If we vote coloured tyres to be cool, then that means that those horrible solid tyres that you used to be able to get in neon pink and green are cool, and that just ain't the truth is it people.
