shimano xtr m900. It has slr leverage which provides significantly better power/ modulation when dealing w/ canti brakes and lighter than xt m730.

FWIW, I think my favourite levers of all time (except magura, obviously) are shimano m739 V brake levers. the shape is excellent, they look great, and really work.
