Hi, both arms are buggered. As you can see the drive side has completely failed. The other has been repaired and isn't very pretty, plus the threads to remove are screwed. I tried redoing them with bike research tool but couldn't manage it (I think it's because it starts on an angle, as I've managed it on other cranks).

But you maybe able to use the spider.

Anyway, they are free to anyone that wants them, so long as they pay the postage, PayPal £10 should do it.
