We don't want any LGF 'sense of humour loss' on the Gates Ride like a couple of years ago. Best get training. We are expecting the full-on death march.

BTW haven't ridden since last Sunday and I felt good!

It was seat height that got me the first year. The second year I was fitter than a fit thing that was a bit fit.

This year I will be mr fat pie man.

Bike still not ridden.

Who needs to ride them :?

When you can build them :D

2 minutes round the block to check everythings working and bob's yer proverbial

Couple of weeks, due to weather.

20 miler with Mrs A planned for the morning, to burn off the BBQ food (successful 1st attempt at beer can chicken today!), cider and Rioja!

Missed one day this week, had something to bodge[it's a CBR] for a mate so missed the rainiest day. Today 15 miles avoided bridleways as the bike is so muddy it's getting heavy, chain sounds like it need some medicine.

Erm other than a quick zip round the block and the park I haven't ridden a bike in anger since 1997. Do I win?

I'm actually really looking forward to getting back in the saddle.
