Nasty bug in April meant about 5 weeks of snot. Then working at the weekend since has meant no riding.

I have sinned.

Not all that long but it feels like a lifetime

Stuck working away from home, have a Proflex with me but no cycling kit whatsoever (try riding SPD's with normal trainers... ouch!).
