Am I allowed to be quite happy with what I've got? I've ridden modern and didnt like it.

Well, in my case everything that I own and ride has been dismissed as "Taiwanese welded tat" ('88 Explosif, '95 Explosif) or even worse "Taiwanese welded modern toss" (Singular Hummingbird).
I don't know about STW being populated by I.T. and middle management types (I'm not either) but I don't see the same pseudo-elitist snobbery that appears here from time to time.
Plus there's lots of seriously funny stuff on STW too - that alone is a good reason to spend more time there than here.
