This is a mighty fine bike, absolute retro perfection with the full Super Record Groupset.
Size is 23.5"
The bike was built in 1981. Clearly it was not ridden a great deal as it is great condition. In 2000 it was traded in at the local bike shop and the shop keeper decided to keep it for his own. He changed the tubular wheels to some clinchers (MA2 on Campagnolo Nuovo Tipo hubs), the cables and the tape other than that it remains as stock. He confessed that he has ridden it only about 40 - 50 miles in the last 14 years hence the sale.
It really is a beauty in a very dark blue colour with lined lugs. Tubing is Columbus (pre indentity labels so very likely Columbus SL). Every part is Super Record including the seatpost and the headset, although not 100% on the pedals as I thought SR had detachable plates, the pedals also have MKS end caps.
You don't see very many Campagnolo SR equipped bikes for less than £1000 especially in this condition, however I picked it up cheap so I'm going to let it go for just £850. Postage is available if required of course.
