Concorde Aquila Reynolds

Hi

I saw an ad for a Concorde Aquila and the caption says that it's "Reynolds Tubing". From what i can see (from a lot of googling) most if not all Concorde frames are/were Italian made. Am I correct in saying this? Pic below:

I can only see a grainy low Res image but doesn't look very Conorde to me?

It’s not an Aquila, they are Columbus SL or SLX, internal routing on the rear brake cable and more concorde panto on the frame and forks than you could shake a stick at.
