Comic Soda (prototype) size medium

Retro Newbie
A rare opportunity to get your hands on the original prototype Cotic Soda (the titanium version of the legendary Soul). This particular bike was a pre-production prototype, but the production model was largely unchanged, and met with rave reviews from the press. Frame weight around three pounds, it combines all that is best of titanium - lively, responsive and with the unique feel of a quality ti frame - with the superb geometry that Cotic built its reputation on.

Head-badge is not the usual Cotic one - this is assume is because it was pre-production.

Frame is in good condition, but with a dent in the top tube (pictured). It acquired this early in its life, and it has never deteriorated in any way.

All components are top-quality, mainly accurate for the age of the bike.

Revelation World cup forks (110mm, hydraulic lock-out)
Chris King headset
Hope pro 2 hubs, ringle rims
Hope X2 brakes
Race Face turbine cranks (Ti spindle)
Thompson stem and seat pin
Race Face carbon bars
XO rear mech and shifters
XTR front mech (the fancy pivoting one)

Yes. Comic started in 2003, I'm guessing this bike is something like 2005.

I know it's not strictly in keeping with the retrobike definition, but I thought it was unusual enough that someone might be interested.

Re:

What's the seat tube dims please, c to c and centre to top and also top tube c to c please.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, the chainstays developed a hairline crack about 5 years ago. Professionally welded, nice neat job. No problems since.

I'll get the tape measure out and let you know the dimensions when I get a chance.
