Hello, I’ve attached a photo of a local bike for sale, interested to know what frame it is, the up-side-down Club isn’t anything I’ve seen before, I’m guessing it’s probably not a Colnago, I’m sure you guys will know!

Hmm, needs more than one photo, but that one isn't promising as it has band-on shifters.
Views of the stays and BB shell are most informative as the cutouts are distinctive.

If it is a Nag, it will have clover leaf cutouts somewhere on the frame.
Plus I've never seen one with comfortable mudguard clearance
