Try this:
Don't bother oiling
Don't bother changing gear - (and keep in a 17 or so on the back)
Ride in the rain.
Don't clean your bike.
Throw in a rubbish chainline, some heavy luggage, a large gut and powerful legs.

It will be knackered in a few hundred miles.
