Currently Lavazza Red, I grind from their beans (1kg bags in Tesco)

Though I also get some offer in the supermarket to try others out, I like to vary.


When I lived in Cardiff there was a nice roaster down Pontcanna Street near where I lived, Costa Rica Coffee Company I think it was called, always covered in dust, but good place to get beans Think I used to buy a Pea Berry one.

Now sadly not living there, I turned to Whittards for some beans, now that shut and buggered of there's little choice but the supermarkets.

I try and get a double expresso with a splash of milk

AKA doppio macciato.

The best way to drink coffee IMHO.

We moved into rented house and the fridge seal is bust. It kind of works, things are cool, but the fresh coffee doesn't keep. So i'm off grinding my own at the moment. The ground stuff seems to last no problem. :?
