Code of the road.

Sorry guys, using obtuse terminology is making assumptions. Anyway, I do my own 'fit-kits', have done for decades, so for this guy to come to this conclusion whilst driving in heavy traffic was a stunning revelation.

I’m had to google it as I’d never heard the term either 🤣 I think it is used to describe drivers of Chelsea tractors and the like. My comment was indeed referring to the likelihood of such a driver knowing about cleat adjustment, would most likely have a bike designed by NASA in their pristine 6 car garage 🤣
That's wankpanzer.

Never heard the term cager before.

I went out on my mtb this morning instead of my normal bike. One of my normal 20 mile road routes but via a mate’s house for breakfast. Was interested to see this mtb vs roady waving thing that has been mentioned. First bike I saw at 7am was a roady waving at me and I almost missed him! Most did not initiate a wave but waved back, until it got a bit later and the group riders were out and most of them did not wave back or even acknowledge.

This is what I was on, with a modern aero road helmet, bib shorts and a 1970s French club jersey (right old mishmash):
