Coda brake adapter (Cannondale super V 4000)

So I'm almost out of options for finding one of these adapters. I have sent hundreds of emails to past and present Cannondale dealers and distributors, scoured eBay and here and other sites for years and had no luck.
Would anyone know where I might find this elusive rear brake adapter, used to convert the Sachs pattern on the swingarm of a Super V 4000 to an international standard?
I would much rather have an original part than try to manufacture a poor copy but if I can't find one that's the road I will have to head down.

Re:

I saw this but the price is eye watering. Bikewagon in the States have some Cannondale bits so might be worth checking. Prices are more reasonable

Re:

Would an adapter from a bontrager/trek/Klein work? Seemto recall they had a similar style mount?

Re:

The caliper side of the trek/Klein looks to be right but the frame mount bolt hole spacing is out quite a bit. 22mm vs 45 for the Cannondale.

close but looks like the lugs need to be reversed:

adapter can be made using handtools from a piece of 8mm aluminium angle.
