Think my only hope is to become a male hooker, or split my bikes and sell the bits to rob on a weekly basis.

True enough last time I rode it was at macduro lol

Think the last time I rode my Orange was at MacDuro too! Still has the Sidlaws mud on the tyres
Need to replace the headset bearings on it this weekend, old bearings fell all over the (gravel) back garden when I swapped forks over

Re:

Well I'm glad I didn't pick today for the ride. 35mm rain yesterday and still wet and grey this morning. Hoping for better next weekend.
Time for a roll call of riders and (old) bikes.....

I've changed headset bearings in the Orange but will needo to test ride it on Saturday .

Guys, think I'm kidding myself here.

Took a knock/twist on my knee a few weeks ago at squash and it's taking ages to get any better, I had to curtail the last ride I had with Aaron and John as couldn't put any power through it.

Been ok last week or so as no pain/swelling now just feeling tight etc, but last few days been walking round site and then down in London on feet all day today has knackered me and knee has swollen up a bit again.

Think I'm not resting it enough and trying to come back too quickly and setting myself back again.

We're on holiday next weekend for a week in aviemore hopefully doing some hills etc so I'm gonna have to give this weekends ride a miss to try to rest up.

Sorry as was looking forward to it....next time!!!
