Need to check if the 217 (Hope wheel) matches any of mine. The cracks not good though but I could use the hub as spares.
What condition is the rim in ?

Also the Syncros Silver stem...
Original main (long) stem bolt in it ?

The rim is in pretty good condition.
I believe it is the original quill bolt. It's kind of a greenly yellow colour. Can get a pic if needed.
